Dear Jaci:
Our last event you catered was our 6th annual gala and I have never had the compliments from guests like I had this past year.  Many of them commented on how delicious the food was.  From the preset salad to the main course to the dessert - it was all very delicious. I really liked the way the servers entered the room as they began serving the guests at the event - it had a great impact and set the mood for how wonderful the service was going to be for the rest of the evening. You and your staff were very professional and easy to work with from choosing the menu to serving it that evening.  SBFD was reasonably priced and worked with me to get the menu I wanted at the price a non-profit could pay.
