Hi Micki,

I wanted to thank you soooooo much for the fabulous service, food, set-up, just about everything that made our event a TREMENDOUS (and delicious) success!

It was a pleasure to work with you and Alan. Please would you extend my deepest gratitude to Alan for his impeccable management. The servers were outstanding and the chef was out of this world. Alan is so gracious and I feel very lucky that he was there last night.

Many people have commented to me how delicious the food was. My boss said it was the best food she has ever had at any Wash. U. event. (And she's been to zillions of them!). All the guests were happy all night and left with huge smiles on their faces. You cannot get better than that! The Vice Chancellor said the event was an "A plus". Excellent!

Micki, you made the whole planning process so easy. I really appreciated the time you spent with me over at the law school. You really came up with a great plan for the room. I am seriously grateful for your amazing oversight and leadership of the entire day and evening. The set-up was so smooth and the rest of the night just flowed perfectly. Your special touches like the choice of linens and table numbers made the space beautiful. You are truly talented at your job!

I look forward to working together again soon. I will be in touch about our event in the Spring.

Dear Steve,

I am writing to compliment your company on the dinner event that was catered for us on April 14th at the Coronado. There is really only one word that accurately captures the experience: WOW! That said, I will try to elaborate a bit. We were impressed with the manner that Rob handled this event from the very beginning. He made us feel as if we were the most important customers that he has ever dealt with! Rob attended to every detail in the planning portion by taking deliberate steps to ensure that the culture of the company was evident in the theme of the dinner. The event itself was managed to absolute precision- very impressive. Not one flaw. We were amazed that Rob oversaw every single aspect of the dinner and the entire evening. It is truly obvious that he is the consummate professional.

We got rave reviews from our employee base on the food quality, service, music and the venue. We have great employees, in fact we were voted one of the Best Places to Work in St. Louis! What a wonderful job you did! Linda and Mark's wedding could not have been better. Linda even said that it was beyond her expectations.

The cocktail buffet was amazing and delicious. My friends (who are very particular) raved about everything. The presentation, the amount of food and the service was impeccable. None of us would hesitate to recommend SBFD for any event. The ballroom is spectacular and the private dining area was perfect. The Coronado staff was excellent. As you can see, there are not enough superlatives to describe our experience.

You and your staff did a great job Thursday night at the Moolah Theater. We went with your suggestions on menu, lighting and evening flow. You were right on with every recommendation. The food was excellent and the catering staff were great. It is always a pleasure to work with you and the staff of Steven Becker Fine Dining. Dear Micki,

I don't know how to thank you for all your care and creativity, kindness and patience, in planning and executing Mary's wedding reception. We couldn't be happier with how it all went! The room looked wonderful; the service was flawless. From the mini-cheeseburgers to the wonderful torte, the food was spectacular! All the guests were charmed by the entertaining "presentation!" I don't know whether you heard this, but the groom's grandmother got up to give a toast and said that she hoped "all the family's future weddings would be at the Coronado!"

Please convey my thanks to the cooking and wait staff as well! We loved everything you and they did!
